How to set 120Hz on a Windows system? Connect your computer to the monitor, select System Settings > Screen > Advanced Display Settings on your computer. From there, select Monitor 2: TYPEC and select 120Hz. For macOS, connect your computer to the monitor, select System Settings > Monitor and choose Monitor 2: TYPEC, then select 120Hz. To set Freesync, connect the monitor, long press the Menu button to open the OSD menu, select Other - Find Freesync and turn it on.
